From a very young age, I have displayed entrepreneurial skills and have been successfully involved in businesses cutting across many fields, including Sports, Media, Law, and Entertainment. This requires capacity and, most importantly, commitment. I am well-equipped to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and I can work diligently as a team player, as well as working with minimal supervision when required. Law & Sports have always been of major interest to me, and I continue to increase my knowledge & expertise in both fields. Balancing these two industries has strengthened the entrepreneurial spirit in me that I shall continue to develop. Working in fintech/merchant services presented me with a new challenge as it was an industry I had never worked in before but is relevant to all of us. The experience has been rewarding, fruitful & I have gained a wealth of knowledge. I take pride in always maintaining a high level of professional conduct internally and externally, cultivating strong relationships with my colleagues and clients/customers. My customer-centric approach has led to me consistently deliver results and solutions. Ultimately, my experiences have allowed me to pivot to working with people through solution based methods and HRtech. Working in recruitment has allowed me to boost my people skills but also get a feel for how disruptive innovation is a key part of various industries and those who don’t adapt will be left behind. I pride myself in being consultative in my approach and diligent & dedicated to my clients whilst being focused on adding value & delivering excellence, especially in an industry where applying creative and emotional intelligence is incredibly valuable.
