I build communities that help entrepreneurs and investors start and scale global companies. Over the past decade I have focused on connecting founders, angels, and operators across the UK and Israeli startup ecosystems. Today I am the Founding Partner of Alma Angels, one of the most active angel communities in Europe focused on backing female founders. Our members include hundreds of angels investing across early stage technology companies. Alongside Alma I founded the Israeli Tech Parliament, a community bringing together founders, investors, and operators in London to share ideas, build companies, and support one another. More recently I launched the Yozma Fellowship, a program designed to expose top UK university students to the realities of building startups by connecting them with global entrepreneurs, investors, and operators. Across these initiatives my focus is simple: • Help more people become angel investors • Support the next generation of founders • Build bridges between startup ecosystems I do not connect for the sake of connecting 😊 , but I am always happy to engage with people building things that matter.
We're on a mission to generate $1 trillion in women-led wealth by 2050. Alma Angels is a diverse and active community committed to backing women (co)founders building tech or IP-rich ventures with global ambitions. Since 2020, Alma Angels have invested in more than 250 women-founded start-ups. We are not a syndicate or broker, we are a movement. Alma Angels started from the belief that to change the early stage venture landscape, we must change the face of it. Less than 14% of angels in UK and Europe are women, and people of colour are widely underrepresented. Meanwhile, 14% of unicorns were (co)founded by women. This is an amazing oppotuniay to invest where the market fails, and win both impact and capital at scale. The Israeli Tech Parliament in London is a volunteer-run community founded in 2014 in London to bring together those involved in the Israeli tech ecosystem in the UK. We have more than 3,000 members from the varied cycle of tech startups and corporates. We organize content-based and networking events to help facilitate tech-related connections within the ecosystem. We are sponsored and hosted by amazing organizations that see a benefit to this community thriving and like to take part in the discussions happening. Past events were hosted by Google, Amazon, Monzo, The FT, EF, Gett, Octopus Ventures, Aviva and many others.
Yozma is a UK-based non-profit leading a transformative educational fellowship rooted in Israel’s dynamic tech landscape. Designed for undergraduate students currently studying at a UK university with an entrepreneurial drive, the fellowship ignites ambition, expands knowledge, and builds global networks. Our Mission To fast-track the next generation of student founders and entrepreneurial leaders. We do this through immersive learning, real-world exposure and lifelong networks grounded in the Startup Nation’s innovation ecosystem. Our Vision To open doors for the most inspired UK-based students, connecting them with Israel’s founders, immersing them in a culture of resilience and innovation, and empowering them to start building their transformative future. Our Long-Term Ambition By 2050, Yozma aims to empower 10,000 fellows to build new ventures in the UK. We believe this generation will launch companies, drive meaningful change and strengthen the UK economy in the 21st century. Yozma is where that journey begins.
