French Air Force — Thourie Personal Project and Technological Watch – Innovation in Magnetic Pig Detection Designed and built a heavy-duty motorhome with a fully equipped trailer (motorbike, bicycle, and storage facilities). Managed the technical design, system integration, and energy optimisation. The ultimate goal of this project is the preparation of a world rally-raid championship for early 2029. Maintained an active technological watch in the Oil & Gas commissioning field. Developed an innovative concept related to magnetic pig detection equipment.
Contracted through EP2C | Subsea 7 — formerly Acergy / Stolt Offshore — Suresnes, France Led mechanical completion and pre-commissioning on the Sanha Lean Gas Connection (SLGC) platform for Chevron. Supervised remedial work on main ball valves (6”–20”) and coordinated activities in Lobito and Soyo yards. Managed subsea and topside operations during the offshore campaign. Result: Gold Award from Chevron for operational excellence.
Contracted through EP2C | TechnipFMC — Paris La Défense, France Managed pre-commissioning of umbilicals, flowlines (rigid and flexible), and subsea structures. Prepared and validated test procedures, supervised subcontractors, and controlled project budgets. Coordinated multidisciplinary interfaces and conducted risk analyses. Contributed to offshore execution aboard Deep Blue and Skandi Vitoria. Projects : M2-Horst (Total, Angola), Ruche (BW Energy, Gabon), R10 (Tullow, Ghana), Platina (BP, Angola), Block 31-Infills (BP, Angola). Result: Achieved three consecutive “Excellent” client evaluations from Total, BW Energy, and Tullow.
Contracted through Planet Forward | Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) — USA Power Conversion / Fusion Energy Supervised the manufacturing of experimental magnets (Sigmaphi, France) for fusion energy research (Tokamak). Implemented process improvements that reduced production time and enhanced quality compliance. Result: Project successfully delivered on time and accompanied by a formal client recommendation.
