I am currently working as a System Administrator (Enterprise System) at DBL Digital (a concern of DBL Group), where I am gaining hands-on experience in Oracle ERP, Oracle APEX, FastReact, and cloud-based system administration. My role involves supporting enterprise systems, managing servers, and ensuring smooth operational performance across business functions. Before joining the System Admin team, I worked extensively in RMG merchandising and production planning as part of the FastReact administration and Oracle master data management team. This experience gave me a deep understanding of garment industry processes, order management, and production coordination, which now helps me bridge technical administration with real business operations. I am continuously learning and expanding my expertise in system administration, database management, and cloud platforms, aiming to become a skilled professional capable of managing and optimizing enterprise-level IT environments.
As a member of the System Administration team at DBL Digital, I am entrusted with the upkeep and assistance of our enterprise-grade systems, encompassing Oracle ERP, Oracle APEX, FastReact, and both cloud-hosted and on-premise MySQL servers. My duties involve guaranteeing system steadfastness, optimal performance, and data veracity, overseeing user privileges and safeguarding, and liaising with interdisciplinary teams to optimize corporate workflows. I also contribute to system setup, issue resolution, data redundancy, and performance oversight to bolster operational superiority. Beyond system administration, I persist in aiding with order processing, Oracle master data upkeep, and user instruction, fostering seamless cooperation between commercial and technical departments.

As a Junior Executive in the IT & MIS Department at DBL Group, my primary responsibilities include managing order processes using FastReact and MIS365 software, as well as providing user support for these applications. I am also involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the implementation of the new Oracle ERP system. In my role, I am responsible for ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and that all data related to these orders is properly managed and stored. This involves working closely with various teams within the organization, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time and to the satisfaction of our customers. Order management, I am also responsible for providing user support for the FastReact and MIS365 applications. This includes troubleshooting issues, answering user queries, and providing training to new users as needed. I am involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the implementation of the new Oracle ERP system. This involves working with the IT team and other stakeholders to ensure that the new system is properly configured and that all data is migrated successfully. Overall, my role as a Junior Executive in the IT & MIS Department at DBL Group is critical to ensuring that our order management processes are efficient and effective, and that our users have the support and training they need to make the most of our software applications.
During my internship program at AIUB under the supervision of Dr. Shohag Barman, I was responsible for providing support for the Data Structure and Algorithm course that he was teaching. My role involved assisting Dr. Barman in a variety of tasks, including creating course notes, developing class presentations, and helping him with his research work. One of my primary responsibilities was to help Dr. Barman create high-quality course notes that would be used by students throughout the semester. This involved researching and organizing information on various topics related to data structures and algorithms, and then synthesizing this information into a clear and concise format. In addition to creating course notes, I also assisted Dr. Barman in developing class presentations that would be used to supplement his lectures. This involved creating visually engaging slides that would help to illustrate key concepts and make the material more accessible to students. Another key responsibility of mine was to assist Dr. Barman with his research work. This involved helping to collect and analyze data, as well as creating visualizations and other materials to help communicate his findings. Overall, my internship program at AIUB was a valuable learning experience, and I am proud to have played a role in supporting Dr. Barman's work as a teacher and researcher. Through my efforts, I was able to help make his course more engaging and effective for students, and I gained valuable experience in research and data analysis along the way.
