OPERATIONS SENIOR MANAGER - Production planning, procurement, production workshops, customer services management for customers with high level requirements (Defense, Offshore, Railway); - Project management with constraints on costs and delays; - R&D Team Management within high tech domains.
My Mission is to manage the production planning, the procurement, the production workshops and the customer services departments. My target is to provide the best services level (On Time Delivery, good product quality and high after sales services level) to our customers with an optimized and efficient organisation.
Responsible for customer service department (management of 45people, turnover 11M€) My Mission was: To manage the activities (offers, installation, commissioning, training, maintenance and repair) of Customer Service for France & Africa to ensure the customer satisfaction.
Responsible for the industrialisation & the installation of power systems used for the production of solar grade silicon (Turnover 30M€).
Responsible for new products introduction (NPI) - desktop computers and peripherals. Management of 10 project managers based in Angers (France) and Shenzhen (China). Management of 1.6M€ budget of investments. My key missions were : - to manage the strategic roadmap of components - to handle the marketing requests for new products (specification, quantity, planning, cost) and to evaluate the feasibility of projects ; - to coordinate the product development and the implementation of supply chain between Asia and Europe. - to ensure the respect of schedules, costs (product & investments) and quality levels ; - to manage the value analysis actions (10M€ of cost saving).
Responsible for the development of all hardware components (electronic, mechanical, software). Management In charge of a team (35 persons) My key missions were : - to coordinate all products developpement - to define and coordinate the development and certification process in collaboration with Asian & American vendors ; - To manage up 35 engineers and technicians and 2M€ budget.
In charge of the quality for electronics boards. My key missions were : - to perform quality audits on production sites (US, Taiwan, Korea, Japan) ; - to ensure follow-up of actions plans ; - to maintain quality indicators on those components.
