Voor het afstuderen voor mijn Bachelor Technische Bedrijfskunde, heb ik een onderzoek gedaan bij VDL PMB-UVA. Hierbij heb ik de processen geanalyzeerd omtrent onder andere het voorraadbeheer, het inkoopbeleid en de waardebepaling van de voorraad, met als uiteindelijk doel een rapportage op wetenschappelijk niveau met verbeterpunten, aanbevelingen en nieuwe inzichten.
