I have over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of public sector, business, and innovation, with a strong focus on urban mobility, urban development, smart cities, and ecosystem development. My core strength lies in acting as a connector throug stakeholder management, trade development and citizens participation: I bring together stakeholders from start-ups, corporates, government, academia, and civil society to create meaningful collaboration and drive innovation. I have led and contributed to projects in Berlin, Munich, and Düsseldorf and many more cities in germany, as well as in international cooperation between Germany and the Netherlands. I am particularly well connected within the innovation ecosystems in Germany and the Netherlands, where I have been involved in exchange formats, collaboration programs such as "Von A nach B“ and “Dialoog Kreativ” and dialogues with key mobility stakeholders. In parallel, I work as a Germany Coach (Duitsland Coach), supporting Dutch organizations and companies entering the German market. I help them build networks, develop strategic partnerships, and navigate institutional and cultural differences to create a "soft landing". My approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation: I structure complex stakeholder environments, facilitate multi-stakeholder processes, and build partnerships that create long-term impact.
