R&D Process Engineer responsibilities: Lead pilot plant operations and oversee the process scale-up for industrial implementation. Drive new product development and optimization, focusing on fragrance microencapsulation and various delivery systems. Design and size new equipment, and manage the commissioning of new plants and production lines. Ensure operational and product qualification for successful commercialization. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and key teams (Engineering, EHS, Manufacturing, QC, Supply Chain, and Commercial) to ensure project completion within targeted deadlines.
Responsibilities: Conduct pilot plant trials and manage the scale-up of fragrance microcapsules and other fragrance delivery systems. Lead engineering efforts for the introduction of new processes and products at an industrial scale. Oversee process scale-up and optimization. Size and validate new equipment, including pumps, mixers, and agitators.
