Private medical network of 3 locations – Center of Excellence in Pneumology and Somnology, Imaging, CT & MRI (RMN) Center, Lab facilities, medical center with family doctors and specialists from 24 different medical fields. - Investments management: managing the rebranding process for the entire medical center & upgrading the facilities for one location (renovation process); Managing new development opportunities: opening of two SARS COV 2 testing and vaccination centers, in two locations; acquisitions of two mobile medical offices for testing and vaccination; equipment acquisitions and logistical organization for the development of the Center of Excellence and the imaging and MRI center, with all the necessary facilities; opening of two lab facilities; managing the suppliers and stakeholders relationship and the logistics and administrative details of the projects. - Business development: Medical talent acquisition; budgeting and financial planning, cost controlling; developing organizational charts for the medical network; managing the relationship with the doctors and responding to their needs, in line with the business development plans.
