Established governance structure, quality frameworks and long-term market positioning ahead of 2026 opening. Project successfully transitioned to operational leadership.
Led the full brand conversion and repositioning of the property, transitioning from Hard Rock Hotel to ACCOR’s Pullman brand while ensuring operational continuity and commercial stability in a competitive urban market. Mandate included strategic realignment, financial performance stabilisation, leadership restructuring, and full implementation of Pullman brand standards. Worked closely with ownership and ACCOR regional leadership to re-establish long-term market positioning and competitive relevance. The successful stabilisation and repositioning formed the foundation for the property’s renewed premium-market alignment under ACCOR.
