Vienna, Vienna, Austria
I used to write the laws for cities. Now, I'm building their digital twins. It might seem like a radical career shift, but for me, it was the only logical next step. For years, I operated at the highest levels of urban policy, serving as a senior cabinet member for the Austrian Vice Chancellor and as an attorney specialising in real estate and development law. I was in the engine room, navigating the complex machinery of how our cities are planned, approved, and built. From that vantage point, I saw the deep-seated problems firsthand: data trapped in silos, decisions clouded by uncertainty, and costly, irreversible mistakes set in concrete - all because we were planning 21st-century cities with 20th-century tools. I knew there had to be a better way. That conviction led me to found PropX. We create realistic, data-driven digital twins of entire city districts and regions. Think of it as a SimCity for the real world - a place to test, plan, and innovate before a single shovel hits the ground. We're not just making 3D models. We're building the future of urban environments. We create breathing virtual models of entire cities and developments, allowing our partners to see the future and make better decisions today. From optimising energy consumption in a new district to launching a virtual real estate project, we are bridging the gap between the virtual and the physical world. Our mission is to help create cities that are more sustainable and efficient for everyone. Ready to see the future of your city? If you're a city official, developer, or innovator looking to push the boundaries of what's possible, I'd love to connect. Let's talk about how a digital twin can transform your next project.
