I work with C-suite leaders, investors and senior executive teams on growth, transformation and value creation across telecom, digital infrastructure, technology and related sectors. Over the past 20+ years, I have supported leadership teams across North America, Europe and the Middle East on strategy, business model evolution, operating model redesign, partnerships, transactions, and business and technology transformation. My work has been anchored in telecommunications, while also extending into software, cloud, AI/data, IoT, media, fintech, mobility, energy and cleantech. I tend to be most useful in periods of strategic or operational inflection: when organizations are reassessing growth priorities, reshaping portfolios, responding to cost pressure, navigating pre- or post-deal questions, or adapting to technology-led change. Earlier in my career, I spent time in venture capital and in a fast-scaling technology business. Those experiences continue to shape how I work with operators, investors and portfolio companies, and I am an active PE/VC investor and LP myself. My main areas of focus include growth and corporate strategy, business model reinvention, operating model and organization design, strategic partnerships, transactions, and business and technology transformation.
