Leading a sales team focused on acquiring net-new enterprise customers for ATOSS's workforce management platform, targeting organizations undergoing the shift from rigid, legacy HR structures to agile, demand-driven personnel planning. Drove new business hunting alongside managing and developing the team, maintaining a dual focus on individual pipeline ownership and collective performance. Built a culture of consultative selling — positioning workforce management not as an operational tool but as a strategic lever for flexibility, productivity and long-term competitiveness.
Appointed to drive new Enterprise business in the Central region with a focus on GenAI related automation use cases such as Co-Pilot, API Tasks, AI Agent and Document Automation, Automation Anywhere's prime solutions in AI Automation.
I am responsible for the entire Channel and Alliances business in the Central (DACH + CEE) region. Besides that, I manage some of Automation Anywhere's biggest key accounts in the region.
We build products that anyone can use to make their work—and the world—better. The Automation Success Platform is the only cloud-native Intelligent Automation platform, enabling companies to transcend front- and back-office silos and systems, both SaaS and legacy. Appointed as one of Box's first hires in Germany. Tasked with building the market presence from the ground up — no existing pipeline, no local team, no established brand recognition in the region. Developed and executed the go-to-market strategy for the DACH region, establishing Box as a credible enterprise content management platform in a competitive landscape. Opened net-new relationships across mid-market and enterprise accounts, introducing Box's cloud-based platform — trusted by over 50 million users and 85,000 businesses globally, including 60% of the Fortune 500 — to organizations navigating the shift from legacy content management to modern, secure cloud collaboration. Balanced the pioneering challenge of category education with the commercial pressure of building a pipeline from scratch.
Sold into and grew accounts within OpenText's Enterprise Information Management (EIM) portfolio — a $1.9B global business with over 8,500 employees across 120 offices worldwide. Responsible for both new logo acquisition and the expansion of existing enterprise relationships, navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typical of large-scale information governance and compliance deals. Consistently opened net-new accounts by positioning OpenText's EIM solutions against the tangible business outcomes they delivered — faster growth, lower operational costs, and reduced information security risk — rather than leading with product features. Deepened existing customer relationships by identifying expansion opportunities across business units, translating initial foothold deals into broader enterprise commitments.
