After 31 years at McKinsey, I continue to follow my passion for chemistry and technology, as an advisor and investor. Established and led the Global Chemicals and Ag Practice at McKinsey (until 2015). Advised about a dozen chemical and non-chemical companies with significant and transformational initiatives resulting in major performance improvements. Helped CEOs and chairmen to design and to execute these programs strategically, organizationally, and operationally. Served clients in Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East. Led McKinsey's Global Industry Solutions (data and technology driven counsulting activities) for two years (in 2017 and 2018) as part of McKinsey's New Venture Team. These activities piloted the use of AI in the consulting space.
