Before Amgen, I worked in Growth Marketing at Wüstenrot, where I focused on performance marketing, funnel optimization, SEO, tracking concepts, campaign analytics and data-driven growth in financial services. At Radancy / firstbird, I led Growth & Marketing Operations in a B2B SaaS environment. My work covered Martech stack ownership, CRM and marketing automation, lead generation, campaign operations, analytics, reporting, process design and documentation. I also led key migration projects from SharpSpring and Pipedrive toward Salesforce-based structures, helping connect marketing, sales and operational workflows more effectively. Earlier, through my own agency and consulting work, I supported startups, scale-ups and larger organizations with digital strategy, growth marketing, content, SEO, SEA, performance marketing, marketing automation and lead generation.
