• Develop, procure, and manage shore excursions, overland programs, and transfer services across international cruise destinations • Coordinate with international suppliers, local destination partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational excellence • Contribute to product development, pricing strategies, and the commercial planning of excursion programs • Monitor quality standards and identify opportunities for the continuous improvement of products, services, and operational processes • Provide destination, itinerary, and product expertise to internal departments and operational teams • Support the successful delivery of high-quality guest experiences through the planning, coordination, and execution of shore-side programs
My time in the cruise management deparment on board the #RheinMelodie and #VASCODAGAMA was a fascinating journey through the diversity of the industry.
