It also aims to support multilingual songwriting and foster collaboration among music professionals across Europe. Key responsibilities include: - Thought leadership and steering in the areas of communications, technology, business development, and finance. - Overseeing project timelines, managing cross-organizational communication, and aligning stakeholders on shared goals. - Developing communication strategies to highlight project outcomes, particularly around multilingual songwriting and artist engagement. - Facilitating productive discussions and decision-making during meetings, ensuring efficient planning and coordination. - Advocating for innovative solutions to empower rights holders and enhance the discoverability of lyrics in diverse languages across digital platforms.
