My name is Florian Starmann, and I have over 20 years of experience in the trade of footwear, textiles, and non‑food products. I am Managing Partner at ISA‑TRAESKO Group, a leading provider of fashionable and high‑quality products for the international market. From 2019 to 2021, I focused on building a strong Asia organization with outstanding expertise in factory sourcing, quality management, product safety, and social responsibility. I firmly believe that a transparent and sustainable supply chain represents a key competitive advantage for both our company and our customers. After spending more than eight years in China, I returned to Germany with my family. Together with the entire ISA Group team, I am passionate about creating something great and continuously improving what we do—every single day. During the 13 years of Trio Shoes Europe GmbH, we have cooperated with various partners such as Novi and Supremo, but a very closed relationship has been built to ISA-TRAESKO and we became partners in the Far East organization Trio Shoes Ltd Hong Kong. It was a kind of natural next step to make a successful partnership even closer and I took over the General Management of ISA-TRAESKO Far East Organization
After an intensive period of training in the HR-Group about shoe retail and purchasing operations in Asia, I found together with two partners Trio Shoes Europe. During this 13 years Trio has been a trustful and successful partner for many German, European and North American mid-size retailers.
During the time in HR-Group I have been able to build my product knowledge in shoes for all gender from Kids to men’s and lady shoes. Starting from product developments in China to purchasing collections for Reno retail stores and Hamm supermarket distribution chains, I handled major responsibilities
