As Head of Touring for Central and Eastern Europe at Barracuda Music, Austria’s leading concert & festival promoter and part of the Eventim Live network, I am responsible for establishing and managing our operations in CEE key markets. My role involves planning, routing, budgeting, organising, and settling shows & tours while collaborating closely with agencies, artist managements, marketing partners, ticketing providers, and production teams. I conduct market analysis to evaluate artists' sales potential, develop budgets for events ranging from club shows to large-scale stadium productions, and oversee all aspects of the region's marketing, ticketing, and financial performance.

Responsibilities: general show advancing, communication between artist's management, promoter and local staff & partners, transportation and accommodation management, security briefing as well as working as the promoter representative on show days.
Responsibilities: Planning and calculating the company’s annual budget as well as quarterly budget updates and specific project budgets. Creating regular and customized reports as well as forecasts to identify deviations Analysing, interpreting and reporting financial and non-financial data to the management team and assisting in business decisions.
