As Region Director for Central and Northern Europe, I design and curate unique travel experiences across 15+ countries – from Germany and Austria to Scandinavia, the Baltics, and Eastern Europe. My role combines trip design, sales, and operations with a deep passion for cultural heritage, landscapes, and local connections. Working closely with B&R’s global team, I: • create and sell tailor-made journeys that meet the highest standards of luxury and authenticity, • build strong relationships with local partners, negotiating and collaborating to deliver exceptional experiences, • oversee logistics and ensure seamless operations from first traveler inquiry to the final farewell, • identify growth opportunities and define strategic roadmaps for the region together with Sales & Trip Design leadership. At the heart of my work is a simple goal: blending insider knowledge and creativity with meticulous planning to deliver journeys that feel magical, effortless, and unforgettable.
Luxury Trip development, Trip planning Berlin-Prague & Private Trips Germany/Austria. Work description - Guide: Coordinating and leading bespoke & standard luxury cycling and hiking trips in Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary and Ireland for groups of 4 - 20 affluent, international travellers. Responsible for managing all daily trip activities (including scouting & designing biking & walking tour routes, planning & booking cultural events, selecting menus & wines, and managing equipment. Managing trip expenses, preparing detailed expense reports for each trip. ) Negotiating all on-trip costs with suppliers. Facilitate vendor and supplier relationships to ensure the most excellence services and an authentic, exceptional, traveller experience.
