With boldness and a keen sense of storytelling, I have secured significant and strategic Out-of-Home concessions (among the biggest in the country). My biggest achievements are definitely not the fruit of my work alone… I am a firm believer of collaboration and team cohesion and love sharing visionary options to inspire my teams towards excellence.     Main responsibilities: Management of the sales teams and the graphic studio, 15 people. Supporting teams in the merger and transformation process of Goldbach Neo - Neo Advertising: defining new processes, implementing new tools, harmonizing working methods, pricing, training on new products. Key contact for the Management Committee for all strategic decisions concerning French-speaking Switzerland and the former Neo scope. Communication of restructuring decisions. Successes: Achieved Neo Advertising revenue targets for 2023 (+17% growth compared to 2022) despite the merger context. Achieved Goldbach Neo revenue targets for the French-speaking part in the first quarter of 2024 (+12% growth compared to 2023). Secured the advertising concession for the City of Thônex: oversaw the response dossier, constructed revenue and economic models with Zurich teams, negotiated financial criteria. Developed new advertising products at Geneva Airport: sold the project internally and to Geneva Airport, communicated and pre-commercialized products to the market.

    Main responsibilities: Member of the Management Committee, minority co-shareholder, responsible for all revenue streams (advertising, non-advertising), advertising inventory development, marketing, and communication. Key contact for major concessions: monitoring financial balance, commercial performance, organizing biannual meetings, developing new advertising products. Conducting negotiations with key clients/agencies (approximately 33% of revenue) to optimize commercial margins and achieve objectives. Participation in trade shows and networking events, lecturer at SAWI. Successes: Transformed the company from a local player to the 3rd force in the market.     Main responsibilities: Responsible for strategy, planning, and media buying for out-of-home advertising for all clients of ZenithOptimedia and Starcom agencies. Direct supervision and presentation of annual strategies for key clients (Inbev, Disney, Promovacances, L'Oréal, Nestlé, Samsung). Management of a team of 10 out-of-home media planners: portfolio restructuring, goal setting, performance evaluation, support, and training. Negotiation and monitoring of annual agreements with major out-of-home advertising agencies (CBS, Clear Channel, JCDecaux, Metrobus, ...). Successes: Increased advertising purchasing volume by more than 10% in 2009. Increased market share of out-of-home media within both agencies (+3 points compared to 2008). Development of geographically targeted out-of-home advertising networks for L'Oréal DPL brands: adaptation of advertising pressure by city based on revenue potential. Implementation of cost-saving plans for certain clients: optimization of conditions (-15% on average), maintenance of media performance. Implementation of the first qualitative study on Advertising in airports for JCDecaux: "Airport Stories".

    Main responsibilities: Management of a team of 4 experts in research, data, and geomarketing. Establishment of strategic partnerships with research institutes. Analysis and presentation of effectiveness studies to clients and agencies. Member of the scientific committee of Affimétrie. Successes: Development and implementation of the first study analyzing the effectiveness on sales of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products from an Out-of-Home advertising campaign. Creation of a special offer for FMCG combining out-of-home advertising networks and pre- and post-advertising test packages committing to a minimum effectiveness of an advertising campaign. Support for sales teams: secured over €1M in new business.
