    2 executives and 2 assistants to manage in marine activities, with more than 12 brands to distribute (lowrance, Garmin, Seacom, Suunto, Tacktick…). I was in charge of the selection, prices and terms definition, events and shows organization for this branch. First goal was to recover the sales level on the first year (+20%) and a 5-15% increase per year. Role was 20% prospection and 80% maintenance of the clients including forecast orders, seasonal orders and training with 4-6 visits per year. Negotiation with OEM actors (Beneteau, Zodiac, Lagoon Nautitec…) to be on first mount and franchise’s groups (accastillage Diffusion, Uship, Bigship…) for a presence in their catalogues and wharehouse.
