UXR lead and manager with over 13 years of experience in the field of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and UX Research. Throughout my career I've led and managed mixed methods research programs at the intersections of AI memory, digital identity, privacy, and regulation. Right now I manage and enable a globally distributed team of UX researchers working on personalization and AI.

Leading UX research for multiple complex Chrome Trust & Safety areas shaping product strategy and business decisions. This involves driving cross-functional stakeholders alignment, translating business objectives into actionable user-centered insights, and conducting research programs that span ideation, foundational research, concept testing, and success measurement. My focus areas include privacy, AI, account/identity, child safety, and regulation. I work directly with multiple teams, including 5 product managers, 5 UX designers/writers, and 30+ engineers, as well as Chrome and T&S leadership. In addition, I've coached, mentored, and onboarded multiple other UXRs.
Leading UXR for various Chrome efforts including compliance and regulatory projects (e.g., Digital Markets Act), privacy (e.g., general availability of Privacy Sandbox APIs), sign-in and sync, as well as research with minors/kids and families.
