I founded, developed and currently operate the MA in Psychoanalysis, incl. EU-accreditation, curriculum and faculty development. We currently accept 50 students per cohort. The programme includes world-renowned faculty members like Bruce Fink, Todd McGowan, Bracha Edinger, Noam Chomsky or Jamison Webster. The degree is fully EU-accredited.

Capvisory is an independent advisory boutique specializing in fundraising, sell-side M&A, and buy-side M&A for high-growth companies and their investors. In worked with capvisory as an expert for two dedicated, complex projects (sell-side M&A).

We scale this best practice process through digital backend and frontend tools to service and empower better clinical outcomes. Our mission is to make effective therapies faster and more cost-effective, with an average of 30 sessions over 3 months for long-lasting positive results. We implement this in our own clinics worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for two greenfield market entries (UK and Germany) and co-led first year of UK operations - Responsible for M&A target identification, DD, acquisition, and PMI in Germany, Netherlands, and Spain - Developed and applied what are now the clinic devision’s standard tools for business planning, business analysis and KPI tracking (e.g. optimising: hiring plans / M&A targets / clinic sizes / treatment portfolios) - Developed and executed regional financial and operational restructuring measures with country MDs - Introduced and implemented new strategic services lines across the group
