The industry and the economy are constantly changing. I have therefore made it my mission to develop innovative ideas, live the continuous improvement process and create an extensive and constantly growing network of specialists and managers in order to be able to react to dynamic change at all times. As an experienced specialist in the chemical industry with many years of experience in research and development, for example in the development of hydrometaluric recycling processes, environmental technology and lubricant development, and also as a manager, for example in quality management, I am able to analyse dynamically changing situations and react quickly to them in order to always offer the best solution for customers and companies. My training and further education, for example as a state-certified chemical technician, certified technical business manager (CCI), quality management representative (TÜV), Lean Master, Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt and also Design for Six Sigma Black Belt, have provided me with a solid foundation. True to the motto: "If you stop getting better, you've stopped being good", because standing still means falling behind and falling behind means taking a step backwards.
