About

My professional experience reaches form production planning, process improvement in the FMCG area to Construction management, QA/QC management and engineering management of large scale LSTK plants in the metals and mining area. In the complex international areas that I work in, I always strive to leverage the cultural differences between teams as a positive contributor to the project. Besides strong technical engineering skills this also means building bridges between the teams and getting them to work together in a productive and harmonic way. I have proven skills in intercultural management after successfully closing several jobs overseas (Germany, USA, Peru, Chile). Specialties: Sulphuric Acid plants, Gas cleaning plants, Roasting plants, LSTK Projects, Engineering management, Construction management, LEAN, Production Planning
