OTC Multi Project Leader (40+ projects short term, 60+ long term) for Merz’ brands tetesept and MerzSpezial. Product responsibilities of Merz’ portfolio: cough and cold, selfmedication and vitamins with regulatory classification drugs (medicinal products), medical device class I-III, FSMP and food supplements. As Project leader, I delivered regulatory, supply chain and commercial readiness from product idea (developmental stage) to market launch. As Business Development Manager, I filled up tetesept pipeline with products of the above mentioned regulatory classifications. As Operational Excellence Manager, I drove continuous change management to improve our existing go-to-market processes, including SOPs ownership, process standardizations and supply chain simplification.
