“The customer’s perception is your reality.” – Kate Zabriskie Building on my undergraduate studies in business administration and economics, I have increasingly focused on topics relating to innovation management, sustainable business models and intrapreneurship since my postgraduate studies. Against this background, I have been developing and validating new products and business models the Lean Startup way for a wide range of technologies for the global tech player Bosch for Almost 10 years. Always close to the customer and market, I not only define requirements for the product itself, but also the associated go2market strategy and the required organization alongside an partner ecosystem in order to maximize the value of the product for the end customer, partners, and ultimately Bosch. As a charismatic leader and certified PMP project manager, I also drive the implementation of the strategies and products developed. Currently, I am focusing my activities on the strategic development of an international partner network for the growing insulation business of X-Floc.
- STRATEGY TRANSFORMATION - 1) Fundamental transformation of existing sales and marketing structures to establish a partner sales channel & ecosystem 2) Implementation of AI-driven processes for sales & sales back-office 3) Restructuring of product portfolio & development objectives
- STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION - 1) Implementation of selected strategic business models for the market entry of solid oxide fuel cells for primary energy supply of data centers 2) Development of pricing strategies in close coordination with partners 3) Establishment of a global partner and sales network for the market entry of the fuel cell
- STRATEGY VALIDATION - 1) Development & validation of various strategic business models for the market entry of solid oxide fuel cells for stationary, decentralized power supply 2) Development of as-a-Service financing models in close cooperation with renowned banks 3) Establishment of an internal competence center for data centers
- PRODUCT AND STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT - 1) Development of the "Vehicle Control Center" product concept for autonomous vehicles, incl. strategic business model and business case 2) Definition & implementation of a holistic process to derive market requirements for the product (requirements engineering) 3) Development of international market entry strategies with focus on USA & China, in close coordination with local colleagues
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT INNOVATION PROJECT - 1) Project management of an innovation project for research & development of first samples of novel MEMS sensors (microspectroscopy) in the field of consumer electronics 2) Conception of various applications with associated business models for said MEMS sensors 3) International validation of the business models with a focus on China (incl. stays of several months)
- SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGEMENT - 1) Agile IoT software project management (healthcare & consumer electronics) 2) Advisory member of the Project Management Office (PMO) for process optimization 3) Development & implementation of a cloud solution for collecting and analyzing large amounts of data in research & development of new sensor prototypes
