Development of mechanical components in ectro-optical image processing systems (Solidworks)
- Development of LED light systems, luminaires, electrical control unit (Solidworks) - Design of injection moulded optical components, aluminium casting and steel sheetmetal parts - Mechanical simulation of complex aluminium structural systems considering aesthetic, manufacturing, cost and vibration requirements as well - Prototype building, thermal, mechanical and leakage testing for validation
- Design of automotive electrical motors and drives (Catia V5 – 7 years experience) - Development of transmission controller parts, test benches (NX 7.5 – 1 year experience) - Product specific expert activity in fileds of injection molded plastic parts
- Support of Lego Duplo manufacturing transfer (Denmark - Hungary) - Control of injection moulding processes, manufacturing capacity planning - Manufacturing layout planning
