After a successful coordinator position in my hometown, I made the leap of moving to a new country, learning a new job, a new language to challenge myself and to grow as a person and employee. I transitioned in the past year from Global Sales to the Hapag-Lloyd Academy where I developed further in project management as well as the topic of learning to learn. Among other things, my everyday job has revolved around facilitating the delivery of trainings, the integration of an Open Badge Provider to Hapag-Lloyd’s Learning Architecture, Improving Processes and enabling colleagues through data and discovery. Coordinated large-scale corporate training events end-to-end, managing scheduling, venues, vendors, logistics, materials, and stakeholder communication. Served as primary contact for trainers and participants, ensuring smooth delivery and resolving issues quickly. Improved event processes through continuous evaluation. Brought strong organization, communication, and focus on stakeholders to a fast-paced learning environment. The Hapag-Lloyd Open-Badges Project was also a major focus of mind, starting from contractual negotiations & legal reviews to implementation and launch communication.

Since March 2023, I've been working both an IT Senior Coordinator and slowly transitioning to more of a Project Manager role working on Digital Integrations (EDI, API, eBL) and being the interface between the internal IT Teams and the Customer and their IT Teams. Main Projects as Project Manager : - Integration of Global Accounts into the Wisetech Global eco-system (EDI) - Integration of multiple customers into the Tradeshift eInvoicing Platform (SFTP+EDI) - Integration of Global Accounts into the WaveBL eBL platform with a 5% Growth in a year as part of the Hapag-Lloyd x DCSA 100% Digital BL Commitment. - Creation of Content for internal stakeholders (Live Townhalls through Teams and Live Production, video editing, Advanced PPTX)
o Tutor with the Disability Department of the University of Le Havre. ▪ Up to twenty hours a month during my studies: note-taking, personal accompaniment. o Administrative assistant with the International Affairs faculty at the University of Le Havre. ▪ Up to fifty hours per month during my studies, on numerous diverse tasks with responsibilities.
