About

As a team leader in software development, I don't just manage work – I cultivate people. My leadership approach is rooted in Positive Leadership: creating an environment where passion, purpose, and trust grow naturally. I believe that happy, empowered people build better products – and stay to build them sustainably. Over the past years, I’ve helped turn a high-turnover team into a stable, distributed, and collaborative unit across multiple countries and cultures. Some team members are quiet team players, others are strong individual contributors – and I see it as my mission to help each of them grow in their own way. I’m currently leading a team of LIMS developers, backend engineers and consultants in the Life Sciences industry. But my passion for team dynamics, product thinking and long-term growth is universal – and I'm always open for new challenges in tech-driven, human-centered environments. Always learning, always leveling up – because great leadership is a craft.
