Managed the production department encompassing two services: synthesis and purification (2engineers, 2 associate managers, 20 technicians) and warehouse (1manager, 2 operators) -Enhanced the agility and effectiveness of the production department to meet future production increases by defining resource needs, hiring the right talent, and restructuring the department. -Played a key role in the FDA inspection by participating in preparation meetings, ensuring production SOPs and processes were fully aligned with FDA expectations, and serving as Subject Matter Expert during the inspection. As a result, the production department received no observations, and the site was approved without issue.
