As member of Hilti’s global HR top line and direct report to Group HR Head, my team and I are driving the Global Reward and Global Mobility agenda for 26.000 employees company in 60+ countries. With six direct and ten functional reports around the globe, we perform as global Center of Expertise (CoE). Main «Global Reward» responsibilities: - Develop and drive Hilti’s global reward strategy including stakeholder management on Executive Board level - Executive compensation for Hilti’s global top management - Design and full scope administration of global LTIP (long term incentive plan) - Global job grading & job evaluation: design, review and implementation of Hilti policy including global job catalogue with functional expertise on HAY and AON grading methodology - Global benchmarking process design and implementation; interface to external providers (HAY, AON); training of global C&B community - Global process manager for annual merit review - Drive Hilti’s international benefits strategy - Global projects (e.g. payroll outsourcing, regrading top management) - Merger & Acquisitions (due diligence, integration support) - Functional lead for all regional C&B managers and coordination of global network - “Go-to” person for global top management on all C&B related challenges Main «Global Mobility» responsibilities: - Develop and implement Hilti’s global mobility strategy - Manage all international assignments (expat management): design, review and implement Hilti global mobility guidelines, policies and contract structure - Support local line management and all stakeholders in package calculation, assure tax compliant processes worldwide and integration of International Assignees
