Senior Consultant for LMS implementation project
Responsible for consulting and building a new certification program roll-out plan. During this project, various phases were completed: Genchi Gembutsu (visit the source and learn current situation), Strategy build up, and Roll-out management. This project also involved contacting the various stakeholders, assessing project's risks, constraints and budget. This new certification program was aimed for all 30 markets (19000 technicians across Europe). It was rolled-out back to back with the upgrade of Toyota's LMS, well structured change management was a key factor to ensure the success of this project.
Responsible for supporting LMS Key Users and administrators acrosss Europe. Based in European Customer Services Training Centre. Also responsible for building standard reporting structure, to be implemented in all 30 european markets. Follow up and consultation with all Training Managers across 56 countries and their LMS administrators.
