Innovative Senior Scientist and proven team leader with a track record of delivering breakthrough results in GMP analytical development for the pharmaceutical industry. I excel at building and guiding high-performing teams, solving complex scientific challenges, and ensuring compliance with FDA/EU regulations. Known for streamlining operations, accelerating R&D timelines, and driving measurable gains in efficiency and quality. I am ready to step into a senior management or strategic leadership role where I can lead large-scale assay development, shape long-term analytical strategies, and spearhead the adoption of AI-powered technologies to push scientific and operational boundaries. My mission: align innovation with business impact to create lasting competitive advantage.
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team focused on bioassay development and GMP qualification. Streamlining complex workflows, overseeing high-stakes investigations, and ensuring alignment with GMP regulations and FDA/EU guidelines. Improve operational stability leading to substantial cost reductions. Contributing to business and functional strategies.
Responsible for the development, optimization and qualification of GMP compliant assays. Pivotal role between development and operational activities in GMP lab. Training of lab technicians and support as subject matter expert. Direct report and update to customers. Subject matter expert: Flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, bioassay validation according to international pharmaceutical guidelines.
I lead the development of nanobody-based therapeutic platforms for targeted drug delivery across biological brain barriers, with a strong focus on enabling transport across the blood–brain barrier for neurological and neurodegenerative diseases. My work integrates phage display, in vivo biopanning, protein biochemistry, and proteomics to discover and engineer high-affinity nanobodies with optimal tissue penetration and therapeutic potential. This work has resulted in a granted patent covering key aspects of the delivery technology. In addition to my scientific role, I lead and mentor laboratory technicians, PhD candidates, and Master’s students, overseeing experimental strategy, data quality, and translational progress from discovery through in vivo validation. My aim is to build scalable, clinically relevant delivery technologies that advance next-generation neurotherapeutics
