• Head of Evidence Strategy Accountable for medical affairs evidence generation planning and execution throughout product(s) lifecycle and Early Access operations across the portfolioo Drive culture change and consistency across the organization towards integrated and strategic evidence generation (ISEG) o Development of a centralized view for all evidence generation activities across functions and geographies (digitalization) • Head of Managed Access Programs Accountable for the strategic implementation of Managed Access Programs across UCB portfolio o Define the long-term ambition for Managed Access Programs at UCB (enabling its patient value ambition & strategic priorities) o Implement the roadmap that will allow UCB to attain and sustain the ambition
Accountable for medical affairs evidence generation planning and execution throughout product(s) lifecycle o Successfully defined the strategy for evidence generation at UCB across asset including roll-out of a companywide framework for pro-active, integrated, cross-functional and purposeful evidence generation planning and execution
