I’m responsible for talent acquisition & onboarding excellence, skills development & training, internal communications, and employee engagement across two locations: Drogenbos (HQ) and Boom (Warehouse) supporting over 240 employees. I also manage internal mobilities, promotions, exits, daily HR administration and support the local deployment and facilitation of core global HR processes (performance reviews, career & development and expectations' setting).
Henkel operates worldwide with leading innovations, brands and technologies in two business areas: Adhesive Technologies and Consumer Brands. I was the single point of contact for recruitments of temporary and permanent positions within Belgium. I was responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talents that align with Henkel's vision, culture, and values. I also leveraged my skills and knowledge in employer branding and social media to enhance Henkel's reputation and visibility as an employer of choice.
I worked in the labor market intelligence cell where I coordinated end-to-end manpower sourcing by identifying staffing needs, sourcing blue collar workers, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely workforce deployment.
bpostgroup is Belgium’s leading postal operator and a growing parcel & omni-commerce logistics partner in Europe, North-America and Asia. Its employees connect consumers, businesses and government, by delivering mail and parcels to millions of doorsteps and providing e-commerce logistics services. I did three business rotations in three different departments where I developed and delivered various projects related to HR, change management, and agile transformation. In my last rotation, I worked as an agile coach where I supported and empowered a tribe to adopt agile principles and practices, improve collaboration and communication, and deliver customer-centric solutions.
I assisted the L&D Manager in various tasks such as organizing internal trainings, co-developing Learning projects and events (e.g. l'Oréal Brandstorm challenge, Discovery Days for newcomers) and preparing HR content for internal communications.
L'Oréal is the world's largest cosmetics company and has developed activities in the field, concentrating on hair color, skin care, sun protection, make-up, perfume, and hair care. I managed the entire recruitment process from A to Z, which included CV screening and pre-selecting candidates, conducting interviews and organizing assessments. I also provided applicants with constructive feedback and attended several campus fairs and other in-house recruitment events.
Hermès is a high-end retailer carrying the luxury brand's apparel, handbags, scarves & other accessories. I worked at Hermès during the summer season where I greeted customers at the door, served drinks, and harmonized the overall store’s traffic.
