Applying evidence based CBT, ACT and DBT informed interventions to individuals with anxiety and depression
Delivered evidence-based CBT interventions for depression and anxiety under supervision from a BABCP accredited CBT therapist. - Mental health difficulties of speciality: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, Health Anxiety, Body Dysmorphia, Specific Phobias, Generalised anxiety disorder, Agoraphobia, Insomnia, Long Term Health Conditions in the context of a mental health condition, Low Self Esteem, Social Anxiety Disorder, Recurrent depression - Conducted psychological and risk assessments to inform treatment plans - Managed a clinical caseload, monitoring progress through routine outcome measures (ROMs) - Collaborated with supervisors, colleagues, and partner services to provide joined-up care - Engaged in postgraduate CBT training and weekly supervision to develop advanced CBT, ACT and DBT skills - Maintained accurate clinical records in line with NHS and BABCP standards - Supported diverse range of clients in goal-setting, recovery, and relapse-prevention planning
