Experience

  • Manager Talent Management & Learning at Netflix
    Jun 2024 - Present · 2 yrs 1 mo

    - I connect the dots between business goals and talent management needs. In close partnership with HRBPs, I align on what the business is solving for and how we can support leaders in ways that are simple and impactful. - I love working from strengths and helping teams recognize the value in their differences. Strong performance does not come from sameness. It comes from knowing what each person uniquely brings and creating the environment where people can do their best work together. - Sometimes that means designing a talent experience. Sometimes it means facilitating a conversation a team has been avoiding. Often it is simply asking the question that shifts how people are thinking. - I care about helping leaders stay ahead of what their teams will need rather than reacting when something breaks. Strong teams are built intentionally. That is the work I am here for.
