Head of EMEA Testing department with 10 years of experience in an international Company. Responsible for all the activities of the department, ensuring the application of all internal policies Manage a testing unit: • nr.18 white/ blu collars in italy • 1 white collars in Spain • Since April 2024 I've been managing 7 resources in the UK (after the merger between GTS and THS) the departments in Italy and Spain deal with waste pipes and emission abatement systems. While in the UK I carry out testing activities on the cooling systems of batteries and radiators.

Interface with R&D in Product development phase to verify the product feasibility at industrial level and anticipate possible problems. Follow up the evolution of the project and verify the respect of the timing. Define the production cycle of the new products, working together with the work-analysis office. Define the Tooling & Capex needed to make the product. Prepare the technical specifications of new machine and tooling, choosing the best technology for each process and following the supplier during the building period. Define the PDMG documentations ( Product Design for Manufacturing Guideline) for the main processes of the business line, drawing up guidelines and requirements for product design in order to assure high process performances.
Marketing, market analysis and business plan for the international market. I worked in the marketing and international relationship department. my main tasks were about: market analysis and business plan for the foreign markets, in addition to the suppliers and customer management.
