QuintoAndar is a Brazilian PropTech startut that offers a digital, end-to-end platform for real estate dealings and is essentially a complete ecosystem for brokers, agents, property owners and tenants. I developed a data analytics framework for recruiting in a fast-growth environment, collaborated with several stakeholders to redesign our Employee Survey strategy and implement a new tool for survey data distribution, and equipped HR teams and managers across the organization with data products that supported data (and people) driven decision-making.
Resultados Digitais is one of the fastest-growing SaaS in Brazil, enabling Small and Medium Businesses to grow with predictable and scalable revenue through its integrated marketing automation and CRM platform. The People Operations team exists to ensure that people-related decisions are more data-driven, overseeing the Employee Experience and making the company's workforce run effectively. I supported the implementation of Performance Management and Compensation Review processes, later becoming the owner of the processes. - Compensation Review: created decision-making frameworks and tools, collaborated across teams (HRBPs, FP&A) for execution and to gather feedback, continuously improved the process and tools, and enabled an efficient resource allocation prioritization through people data. - Performance Management: continual improvement, data analysis and alignment with business priorities and other Talent Management teams. Besides that, I focused on data analytics for performance, compensation and D&I, and was responsible for updating pay scales based on market reports to ensure talent attraction and retention.
