    I am a business owner working across two industries I’m deeply passionate about — biotech, test-based nutrition with Scandinavian health and wellness, along with the hospitality and wine sector. My career has given me something I value more than titles or income alone: flexibility, freedom of choice, and the ability to help others design a life that aligns with their values. Through Zinzino, I work with a science-led, evidence-based health company that uses blood testing to personalise nutrition. This allows both health-driven individuals and entrepreneurs to make informed, empowered decisions about their wellbeing and their income. My role is not to sell a product, but to educate, guide, and support people into clarity — whether their goal is better health, financial options, or both. Alongside this, my background in hospitality and wine has allowed me to support businesses and individuals with creative, out-of-the-box thinking, helping them increase performance, profitability, and confidence in their direction. What gives me the greatest fulfilment is working with everyday people — entrepreneurs, professionals, parents, and leaders — who want more ownership of their future.     New Wine Deli/ Wine Lounge for wine lovers to open in Sutton Harbour We are new establishment is set to bring a wealth of wine knowledge to Plymouth and will be based right in the heart of Sutton Harbour. HonkyTonk Wine Library is due to open in September at 1 Pinnacle Quay, on the edge of the historic Sutton Harbour waterfront in Plymouth, Britain’s Ocean City, overlooking the Marina. The wine bar will not only stock and sell a huge range of wines from across the world, but sell locally-sourced deli food and quality brands of coffee. The new business is the brainchild of both my partner Zoe and I, and our aim is to make Honkytonk Wine Library a hub for wine lovers from across the city. Both Zoe and I have other business interest, but this is being a lot of fun so far setting up. This is very much a natural fit as 30 years’ experience in the catering industry and I’ve established strong relationships with wine retailers and makers worldwide.
