I'm extremely passionate about innovative technologies, meeting with people and working with enterprise companies for cooperated events. I started my career at Microsoft Turkey then I moved to Middle East and Africa HQ responsible for managing student programs in the region. Due to my technical background and management skills, I worked with many developer communities, startups and enterprise companies in Middle East & Africa. Managed relationships between Microsoft and universities, collaborated with technical experts to deliver technical events for professional developers & students, organized programs to build relationships with Student Ambassadors of Microsoft in many universities (Microsoft Student Partner). Working with a multi-national company in Turkey and Middle East & Africa region, helped me to gain lots of opportunities to meet with great people, worked with many organizations and delivered many successful events & programs within the region.

Prioritize landing FY22 Organizational and Operating Model changes and drive adoption within my organization. Coordinate/Orchestrate Strategic Planning Process and Business RoBs. Create cascading group communications roadmap and rhythm within my team and with other groups; drive internal communications from Exec and Leadership team (e.g., Share Point, All Hands, Exec Communications) to make sure staff and stakeholders are informed and aligned against business goals. Lead fiscal planning processes and investment strategies, in alignment with the organization’s needs. Act as the escalation point for systemic compliance issues.
