● Planned and directed sound geotechnical campaigns. ● Interpretive reporting and operation supervision. ● Reviewing contracts , preparation of technical and financial offers. ● Conducting cost studies and analyzes the data. ● Conducting internal auditing to ensure compliance with international standards and QMS. ● Ensure all customers' requirements are carried out in accordance to contractual agreements and as per standard test methods and specifications. ● Monitoring Geotechnical Operations including rigs analysis and statistics, cost analysis. ● Creating interactive dashboards through Power BI and other software to monitor operations, KPIs and Financial data among ACES branches to aid better data analysis. ● Manage Company fleet including fuel consumption, maintenance planning. ● Manage Geotechnical Inventory system and ensure efficient consumption and prepare the required drilling tools orders. ● Analyze drilling productivity and evaluate equipment on a continuous basis and ensures proper functioning of drill rigs . ● Ensure the adequate training of all staff and develop their performance.
