Over 30 years in communications, most of which spent at Edelman - the largest independent integrated communication firm - covering global, regional and local roles in business, talent development and learning. Through the years, I’ve had several chances to face and solve business challenges in various industries, from Manufacturing to Food, Fashion, Health, Energy, Retail, Automotive, Travel, Luxury, Beverage (to name a few). Create communication strategies to build trust, consolidate reputation, retain consumers, engage different stakeholders, while always respecting my customers’ differences is what I have been doing with passion for years, never getting tired of it, and leading with vision. Customers I’ve been working with span from multinational corporations to family companies, from listed companies to startups, associations and more; each one of them adding layers of complexity to my job while constantly teaching me how strategic and business focused communication can be. Our industry today needs an action communications model “earned at the core and social by design”. And that’s precisely what we do at Edelman, leveraging insights, data, and technology to unlock culturally-relevant social issues as drivers for making positive societal impact, earning attention, and – ultimately – trust. A seat at the Council for the United States and Italy and continuous connections with Women's Forum, W.I.N., International Women's Forum, Valore D, Civil Economy School (SEC), CFMT, LIUC Business School, and the Singularity University are advancing my learning skills. I've taught as adjunct professor at Lumsa University; I am also a member of the Scientific Committees of Faculty of Political and Social Sciences (UNICATT) and of RCS Academy Master in Communications and Digital Media. Proud and grateful for the awards received along the years - "Communication Manager of the Year", "Manageritalia Excellence Award" and "Positive Business Manager" – and for being again part of Startup Italia list of Unstoppable Women. 2020 is the year I’ve been selected to enter the prestigious International Women’s Forum “Fellows Program” for a year-long, intensive leadership development experience, where I've learned from the Harvard Business School and the INSEAD Business School. A high-level program attended only by 28 selected women leaders from 14 countries worldwide. I'm a proud alumna of InTheBoardroom by ValoreD, the network that drives and supports the inclusion of talented women on Boards of Directors. In 2023 I joined the Andrea Bocelli Foundation (ABF) Advisory Board.
Selected to participate in the prestigious International Women’s Forum “Fellows Program:” for an intensive leadership development experience in partnership with the Harvard Business School and INSEAD Business Schools for 28 women leaders representing 14 nations.
In 2023, the Global Board of the International Women's Forum asked me to start the IWF Northern Italy Forum, which I did with 43 other women leaders.
