I lead people and brands express who they are. With clarity, coherence, and depth. Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of brand & marketing strategy and execution, leading cross-functional teams, launching new markets, building communities, and designing product launches and experiences that connect deeply with people. My experience spans both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, and that variety is my greatest strength: it’s taught me how to balance structure and sensitivity, metrics and meaning, ambition and alignment. 🔹 In the corporate world, I’ve: • Led a cross-continental team of 11 people across 3 time zones • Opened a new market (€400k in 6 months), launched memberships, scaled acquisition and retention • Managed international events for 500+ in-person and 50k+ online attendees • Crafted CEO personal branding strategies, community operations, and product positioning 🔹 As a consultant, I created a space where identity, brand and expression meet. I guide entrepreneurs, coaches and consultants aligning their brand with who they are, through brand strategy, storytelling, marketing, personal style, and colour expression. I’m a Self-Expression Coach, trained in Life & Business Coaching, Colour Analysis, and Style Coaching. I integrate branding, coaching, personal styling, and colour analysis into one powerful method for personal visibility and alignment. I also founded ArmoBranding, the first business education programme in Italy designed for colour analysts who want to grow a personal brand and turn their passion into a sustainable business. One of the highlights of my time in this role was leading the 2023 Supercoach Experience in Tallinn. A powerful in-person event that brought together over 600 participants from around the world. Seeing it come to life was one of those moments where everything aligned: the energy, the people, and the purpose behind the brand.
