My role also extends to providing comprehensive advice to a wide range of companies, guiding them through the complexities of the permitting process and providing leadership in the development of effective social strategies. Specialized in advising national governments in Latin America and the Middle East on attracting investment.
Monitoring investment opportunities in emerging markets and providing insights on potential risks and benefits. Providing guidance and advising on the prior consultation process/consulta previa, fostering positive relationships with indigenous communities. Supporting investors in selecting sustainable mining projects that prioritize environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations.
Providing guidance and advising on the prior consultation process/consulta previa. Facilitating and mediating agreements between stakeholders, including communities, government entities, and mining or energy operators. I also provide ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with the agreed terms. Developing and implementing local content strategies to promote the involvement of local communities and businesses in mining projects, creating economic opportunities and building sustainable relationships.
