- Ensure that the Reman factories don't fall short of inner parts for rebuilding components. - Monthly Local Procurement for distribution centers in Sydney, Muswellbrook and Perth. - Master Planning, creating more than 700 Planned Production Orders daily and more than 100 Planned Orders to Japan weekly for Reman to ensure inner parts received on time according to the Demand, Forecasting and outstanding cores returned. - Targeting reports in excel for inner parts ( on hand - on order - ETA ) - Replying internal tickets received daily from 23 branches around Australia, about Reman components ETA, VOR components, seeding new components into Reman, and inner parts ETA. - Confirming and expediting ETA directly with the Reman factory, with inner parts received into stock to start the rebuild. - Interpreting, identifying, and supplying components to meet Delivery Date according Sales Orders or quote branch requirements. - Organizing and scheduling deliveries, creating Transfer Orders for consolidated components per branches, ensuring properly shipped and cost effective. - Maintaining an efficient inner parts inventory according to demand, forecast and warehouse capacity. - Processing invoices for goods and services including resolution of invoice and purchase order discrepancies
-Reliability improvement project for Mining Equipment, Excavator and Truck. -Analysis root cause of failure for Excavators and Trucks. -Maintenance Plan impovement according factory manuals. -Updating major components changes hours and record the root cause of the failure for Trucks and Excavators. -Update the equipment population to the Hitachi e-Service. -Create a report in AMT with the new data updated and estimated the forecast for logistic department.
-Audit of Mining Equipment circuit diagrams and schematics to Australian Standards. -Modeling and drawing of different mechanic pieces for Trucks and Excavators in Solidworks.
