Leadership development programs for senior executives and teams: I provide leaders with candid, actionable, insightful feedback to help them maximize their strengths, achieve their goals and successfully lead their teams and their organizations - through business challenges, organizational transformations and role transitions. I consult in the areas of People development and management, talent development, organization design, culture alignment and team effectiveness. I partner with CEO and executive team to set up and grow HR functions as Interim CHRO. While most of my clients are C-level executives at Fortune 500 High-Tech companies in Software, Semiconductor, Internet and Life-Science industries, I consult with a variety of organizations, from large multinationals to small private companies including start-ups, non-profit and technology incubators.
Partnered with cofounder and CEO to help grow the company from start-up to IPO-ready. Established, developed and managed worldwide People functions and organization. Worked closely with Legal and Finance to develop and set policies and systems. Worked closely with CEO-Staff to support them through marked talent acquisition, rapid growth, right-sizing and talent management.

DigitalPersona, Inc. : Co-founder and VP, Operations and Administration DigitalPersona was a private leading-edge Security provider of Biometric and Authentication technology, recently acquired. I was responsible for establishing and managing all business operations and administrative functions including logistics, manufacturing, customer support, IT, human resources, and legal, from start-up to profitability. I played a key role in the development of strategic alliances, in the negotiation and execution of major customer contracts and IP licensing, in the planning and management of multifunctional projects. I built the HR Team and managed all aspects of Human Resources, including attracting and retaining highly skilled employees, establishing and administering incentive-based compensation and stock option plans, and negotiating contracts with insurance companies and benefit providers. Logitech, Inc. : I held various senior management positions in operations and administration, including Human Resources. Working closely with the executive officers, I was instrumental in setting up the company’s operations in US and in the Far East, and in shaping the company’s culture during Logitech’s first phase of rapid growth and worldwide expansion. In particular, as the HR executive with worldwide responsibilities, I led initiatives to assure cross-cooperation between headquarter and regional offices, I established policies worldwide to assure consistency as appropriate and compliance with local laws and regulations. In conjunction with the CEO Office I helped articulate and establish the first Corporate Vision and Mission statement through multi-level discussion forums. I also led organizational development and executive training programs, with the goal of aligning human resources and management practices to corporate goals.
