I am a Registered Pharmacist with 30 years’ experience in community pharmacy. I also hold a Diploma in Community Clinical Pharmacy, AET and full CAVA qualification. I currently work as a Pharmacy Assessor supporting Trainee Pharmacy Technicians, delivering training and academic support aligned with apprenticeship standards and professional practice. I am completing the AET qualification to further develop my skills in teaching, lesson planning and learner support. My professional interests include pharmacy education, workforce development and maintaining high standards of safe, patient-centred care.
